Started by always being responsive and showing up on time for meetings.  When it came to choosing colors he brought his wife which turned out to be very helpful.  She is a delightful lady who worked with my wife to get all the colors picked out which took a considerable amount of time, trying to match to counters, furniture, paintings and other items that were part of the decorating.  The painting started on time and was finished ahead of schedule.  When we showed up to check, the place was immaculate.  What a pleasant surprise, not a drop of paint was out of place and the entire area was perfectly clean.  What I learned was his wife shows up when the job is complete to do an overall evaluation of the work completed and cleanliness.  What a fantastic job.
